vicinanza centro, pulizia, ampi locali, arredamento moderno, stoviglie complete.

non era ben specificato che due delle tre camere erano comunicanti e chi dormiva nella seconda era costretto a passare dalla prima camera per andare in soggiorno. Non proprio comodo se appartamento occupato da 3 coppie diverse. Ottimo se occupato da 2 coppie o due nuclei famigliari.

Sicuramente la posizione.

La scarsa pulizia dell'appartamento. C'erano ragnatele ovunque ed era piena di polvere, per un soggetto allergico è un problema.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e posizione comoda al centro

Purtroppo in un bagno c'era un cattivo odore e bisognava tenere la porta chiusa e l'acqua calda,in quel bagno,non funzionava.Per fortuna i bagni sono due quindi problema risolto!
