The apartment looks like in the pictures. It is clean, easy to access, and easy to find. The road leading to the parking lot and to the apartment building is a 45°angle and very narrow,so it is good to be an experienced driver. The parking lot is on the left, about 100 m from the building. It is large enough to fit all the cars. Check-in was simple. We just went to the apartment we booked, and the key was in the door. We just entered and started our vacation. The view at apartment 10, on the corner, is fantastic! Both rooms have sea and mountain view. You can see the sunset while sipping your coffee. Beyond words! The apartment has so much light and is right on the edge of the rocky coast. We slept with the balcony door opened so we could hear the waves crashing. No mosquitoes:) There is a beautiful sundeck with many wooden chairs if you want to get a tan. There are a few spots where one can swim, but it is very rocky and you need special shoes. But other beaches are very close: 5 min drive to a pebbled one (our favorite) and 12 drive to a huge sandy one. There is an Idea grocery store 5 min away drive. As you walk left on the beach, there are a few restaurants. We haven't tried them. We cooked for ourselves. Communication with the host was very good. Good wi-fi. Good water pressure and hot/cold water. Enough plates and dishes in the cabinets. Large fridge.

The stove was taking forever to cook simple pasta. It was extremely annoying.

Perfect location, apartment with sea view, beachfront, nice terrace, clean and comfortable.

I would suggest making stairs to enter the sea, would be much easier.

It was right next to the beach and the view was beautiful, especially in the morning and evening. The room is nice and clean, not over the top or anything. It had its own beach access with free sunbeds.

It’s a bit pricey and advertised as luxurious - when it’s a perfectly fine place. What I think could definitely be improved is communication with guests, e.g. a confirmation mail with instructions. It was a basic key in the door policy, we had to call to find that out in fact. Also, it would be nice if there was a possibility to leave our stuff after checking out. Some small amenities would be a plus (especially if advertised and priced as lux) - like shampoo and/or coffee/sugar.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Although I didn’t check in, I ultimately had to cancel my stay due to multiple issues — yet I was still charged, and my request for a refund was denied despite valid concerns. To begin with, the property did not match the photos presented on the website. The actual condition was far below expectations. The location was also inaccurately listed, which led to significant delays. The road leading to the property was in poor condition, and it took us over an hour to arrive due to misleading directions. Upon arrival, I waited over three hours for someone to provide the key, but no one showed up. Additionally, the listing falsely advertises that the property is seaside and has a private beach. In reality, it is neither located by the sea nor near a safe swimming area. The closest shoreline is not suitable for swimming, especially for children or inexperienced swimmers. Given the misrepresentation and poor customer service, I would not recommend booking this property. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience that I hope others can avoid.

Great location without overcrowding place. Calm and truly relaxed.

If you want beer or groceries, be prepared to walk far. Beer - 300 metres, Groceries by car. But it is profitable, more time for rest 😎. Everything is ok 👌.
