L'appartamento è molto accogliente, accessoriato di tutto. Mercadona proprio sotto casa e centro commerciale a 200 metri a piedi. Farmacia e bar a pochi passi. Parcheggio auto coperto, il top. Mezz'ora a piedi dal centro di Oviedo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un grazie a Lucia gentilissima

Peccato non ci fosse aria condizionata o un ventilatore, in questi giorni ha fatto molto caldo e abbiamo sofferto un poco

"Comfortable stay with a thoughtful host"

Cosy and comfortable apartment with a good amount of natural light. All facilities are nearby including supermarkets, a mall and a park. Parking is available and easy to get in and out. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is clear that the owner really takes care of guests and the complimentary items were genuinely appreciated. Communication with the owner was good.

The apartment and furniture feel a little outdated, although everything is in good working condition. You can sometimes hear neighbours playing loud music. On multiple occasions, upstairs neighbours were moving furniture around midnight, which could disturb light sleepers. Other than that, everything was great.

La ubicación del apartamento está genial,cerca de los accesos de la Autovía y para ir al centro de la ciudad en media hora andando estás. El trato con Lucía la dueña ha sido correcto.

Para empezar la limpieza del apartamento dejaba bastante que desear(rejilla del baño y lámparas llenas de pelusas, desagüe de la ducha llena de pelos, desagüe de la cocina con restos). Tapa del bater suelta que tuvimos que apañar para poder usarlo. El colchón de la cama tiene todos los muelles fuera, así que descansar es imposible. Te levantas con dolor en todo el cuerpo. La tarima del suelo de la parte de la cocina y la puerta se mueven las tablas, pudiendo caer en varias ocasiones. Creo que hay que ser justos y decir tanto lo positivo como lo negativo, ya que son cosas que tienen solución.
