Ideal location: in the university district (university students were on summer break), minutes' walk to the historical centre of the city, excellent cafe across the street for breakfast. Large room and extremely quiet and peaceful. Host was always available and friendly.

Only a sheet on the bed was provided, but it was a very warm summer and blankets were not actually needed; no soap or shampoo in shower. The chair was stained from other guests.
