The layout and balcony. Location good. Super local restaurant.

Not much as it suited us. Decor a bit drab, but didn't spoil our stay. Also would have liked a provision to pre order some basic groceries for our arrival...milk and croissants

Good communication, location was perfect. everything was clean and tidy. Nice view from the balcony, comfy beds. Elevetor in the building. Parking is paid: 10eur for 24h and it is 8min walk from appartment in a safe underground garage.

We liked everything, place ia great. Some cooking essentials as salt/pepper and oil would be perfect. Also loud neighbors - but you can't choose it :D

By mistake my reservation was with with a kid 2 years instead of 9 years, we had to pay extra 150 Euro's for the kid. Water pumping is weak, no coffee machine

The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious. Loved the balcony at the top of the building. The communication with the host and the person guiding us to the apartment was smooth and pleasant.

Missed coffee maker in the kitchen; basic bathroom supplies were minimal and towels were less than expected

Really good location to access everything in Verona. Super close to a fantastic bakery and coffe place. Public Parking was conveniently close.

Best location, in the heart of downtown close to everything.

This is a great apartment; it’s bigger and better in real life than in the pictures. It was so useful to have a full kitchen and also a washing machine. The girl who checked us in was really friendly. The best thing about this place is probably the location: it’s ideally situated if you are going to the opera but even if not then it is in walking distance of everything and in a really nice part of town. We felt very safe walking around at night and there are good restaurants nearby.

Amazing location. Everything is within walking distance. We traveled with kids, ages 5 and 9 and didnt have any difficulties walking around and checking all amenities. Apartment is very tidy, with all appliances that you might need. Parking is 5min walking away and its very easy to reach.
