"Für einen Verona-Besuch ein Insider-Tipp!"

Sehr zentrumsnah gelegen. Verona Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und das Castello Vecchio liegt wunderschön in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen perfekt und sehr zu empfehlen.

My friend recommended this place to stay and i glad we did. Great location close to center (Arena) , clean, comfortable bed and sleeping sofa, very quiet at night. Elevator to first floor And big bonus - bus stop to train station just next to door, you can pay cash or card inside bus ($2)

"Comodo, buon prezzo, parcheggio incluso ma..."

Posizione fantastica per visitare Verona a piedi. Nella struttura è incluso un pass per parcheggiare gratis l'auto sulle strisce blu. La casa è piccola ma molto ben organizzata. Presente tutto ciò che necessita. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigo, condizionatore, macchina caffè, bollitore, pentole, posate, piatti, tazzine, bicchieri... Presente anche un terrazzino.

La casa avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata di stile. Presenti troppi soprammobili inutili, che occupano lo spazio delle mensole invece di lasciarlo per i turisti. Cavi elettrici volanti, multiprese elettriche e triple prese con inseriti gli elettrodomestici (non un bel vedere e non credo sia a norma). Canaline elettriche non particolarmente belle (ci vorrebbe un bel rinnovo dell'impianto elettrico). La presa elettrica da uno dei comodini era mezza sfondata e quindi inutilizzabile. La doccia in bagno e le sue piastrelle presentano un pò di segni del tempo. Il terrazzo è in stato di abbandono totale con le piante TUTTE morte. Peccato perchè la posizione è fantastica, gli spazi interni sono sufficienti e ben organizzati per un week-end per due persone. Peccato anche non aver avuto il minimo contatto con la proprietaria. Non è per me un bel modo di avere un attività di accoglienza.

Accueil par téléphone/WhatsApp très bon et agréable, consignes claires. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Proximité à pied du centre ville parfait, et parking gratuit grâce au pass fourni.

Un peu de nuisance sonore mais rien de rédhibitoire.
