Beautiful and well maintained apartment Close to the downtown The apartment has everything you need to be confortable O recommend this place and if we ever come back to Verona, I will definitely stay there again

The apartment is in a beautiful old building in a fantastic location in centre of Verona. It’s very spacious and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Staff we dealt with (Lara and her husband) were lovely and very easy to communicate with. Also very helpful providing information we needed to find something in Verona!

The walk in shower in the bathroom near the kitchen wasn’t very powerful and we found it difficult at times to get the temperature just right. The lighting in the apartment is amazing, but it was a bit difficult to work out which switch was which, as there are rather a lot of them! For example we found that one of the many light switches next to the bed in one bedroom turned out the light in the other bedroom! Maybe some discreet labelling would help? But it didn't spoil our enjoyment of the apartment or of Verona. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a visit to Verona.

In a word, all superb! Susanna and her friends could not have been more helpful nor communicative. Keep it a secret, otherwise it won't be avaialble for our next visit to Verona for the Opera!

Perfect location 2 minutes walk to Arena di Verona. Exceptional apartment for 2 families. A nice and large open terace. In the kitchen you can find all little things you need (salt, peper, oil, etc)

Lovely spacious apartment with a fantastic location. Dali, who welcomed us, was amazing. Could not have asked for better.

The air conditioning in the bedrooms is not adequate.

Flat was very spacious light and airy and had been well designed in the past with quality materials. (But could now do with updating.) All the rooms were of a good size and flat was nice and clean Good electric shutters on the window to keep sun out and made bedrooms nice and dark Flat was in an excellent location within easy walking distance of everything in Verona. Good to have parking nearby (at 16 euros a night)

For the price disappointing that so many elements were not working. Air conditioning not working properly and could not be turned down so bedrooms were very hot 28 degrees plus and had to have fans on all night so poor sleep. (owner said this was a new system but it wasn't working and had a lot of restrictions on the controls. Did not reduce in temperature over two days -in fact went up!) Freezer was broken and leaked so no cold water or ice. Kettle lid broken and difficult to open. Coffee machine not working properly and dispensing water correctly. Shower head needed decalcifying. Random towels not matching Terrace needs some TLC. Could be fantastic but needs some investment to update and justify the price. Simple things like a small welcoming back (some bottled water as freezer not workingfor example)

The location was ideal for the four of us. Easy access to shops/supermarkets/restaurants. Having an outside space in that part of the city was very important.

The coffee machine didn't work properly from the start and after two days it was unusable. The outside space was good but it really needs cushions for the chairs as they sag rather a lot.
