La ubicaicón es buena y el barrio tranquilo La ducha era cómoda y nueva

La limpieza. No se había limpiado a fondo desde hace meses. Hasta encontramos un calcetin sucio en el suelo de la habitación así como colchas, cojines y alfombra bastante sucios. La calefacción de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba y otro radiador tampoco. En la cocina dejaron muy poca cosa de cortesía. Para el precio que se paga del apartamento podrían ser más generosos. En la habitación donde no funciona el radiador (abajo) hay un armario muy pequeño. En general la casa tiene muy pocos enchufes porque la instalación eléctrica no se ha adaptado a las necesidades actuales. La escalera que sube al piso superior muy incómoda y peligrosa. El hecho que solo haya un baño para dos habitaciones, junto con todo lo comentado anteriormente hace que el piso sea caro para lo que ofrece. Hay opciones mejores y más económicas. Por las fotos parece una preciosidad de piso, todo nuevo. Igual son de cuando se hizo la reforma / decoración . Luego decepciona un poco por todo lo comentado

La proximité arrêt de bus. Appartemment spacieux.

Boîte à clés bloquée à l arrivée et pas de possibilité de joindre l interlocuteur désigné qui n a répondu qu au terme de 15mns d appels et de messages. Le receveur douche était très sale et la salle d eau généralement sale. La hotte de cuisine sale également ça ne donne pas envie d y cuisiner. Les équipements en cuisine sont très insuffisants au regard de la note de cet établissement et du nbre de personnes pouvant l occuper... L escalier menant à l étage est très très abrupt et ne permet pas à une personne de forte corpulence d y acceder en sécurité ni d y monter une valise de 15kg. Le propriétaire annonce qu en guise de present d accueil le locataire peut disposer des éléments présents dans la cuisine ce qui est très maladroit ( les restes sel, sucre, kfe, entamés par les précédents occupants sont courants alors de là à les présenter en kdo d accueil !) Nous avons fait confiance à la note de ll établissement mais elle surévaluée d après notre expérience.

Fabulous little nest just across Adige from Centro Storico. Space is on two levels. Main level of bedroom, kitchen, bath and living room and upper lofty area with separate sleeping space. Kitchen has essentials. Main bedroom is large, with AC which was welcome with summer heat wave. Also, small closet and dresser. Living room had streaming option on TV and dining table. Little nook area is accessed via a bit of a narrow spiraling staircase. It's a challenge for some perhaps, but my daughter made her home up there. There's closet and dresser storage. It has AC and a TV. She loved it. Decorations is a French inspired, creamy shabby chic mix. The interaction is completely via WhatsApp, which was fine I suppose, lacking a bit compared to a face to face connect. Elevator is slow, but welcome when needing to transport heavy luggage to 4th floor. It's a bit stuffy in heat as it's outside. We only used to move luggage. Walk over bridge and you're in Verona center. There is a grocery maybe 4 mins away and several restaurants nearby. Solidly good location.

Taxi definitely couldn't find address. We had to get out and explore on foot to realize it's actually at the end of the street facing a little small square. The check in instructions are helpful, but you receive them a but late. So when you're jet lagged, can be tricky to follow. This is where having someone greet you to walk thru everything the first time would be helpful. Once you're settled, it's a lovely flat in a great location.

We arrived in the middle of the heat wave and aircon was amazing. There's a unit in all the rooms. The apartment is well set out and it's very spacious. The location is great. We really enjoyed our stay here.
