Appartamento Azzurro

Pros: 1. Very close to Movieland, Caneva and Gardaland. 15 minutes by bus considering we did not have a car. If car was available, we would definetely not choose this apartment. 2. Nearby restaurants. Lake easily accessible by walk.

Cons: 1. Apartment too small for a family of three. We had one double bed in a 4 x 4m room. Then another double bed for a 13 year old in the kitchen which is smaller than the bedroom. No room to move around. 2. Bed in bedroom was too noisy. The slightest move caused the bed to make sounds and wake everyone up. This issue has been complained about previously by other tourists but we thought the tenants would have done something about it. However they did not. 3. The restaurants just beneath the apartment made it very difficult for us to sleep before 12am as music and noises could be heard from inside. Windows are not sound proof. 4. The only wardrobe available for all three of us was a tall cabinet which could barely fit 8 pieces of clothing. We had to leave our clothes in the luggage and juggle around to find something. 5. Everything seems to be worn out of constant use. Cutlery, towels, beds, old sponge to wash plates, soap dispensers, broken soap storage in shower.

Apartament był czysty i zadbany, wewnątrz dobrze działającą klimatyzacja. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko plaży i sklepów/restauracji. Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, w kuchni były wszystkie niezbędne przedmioty. Fajne rozwiązanie z bezkontaktowym zameldowaniem. Właściciel szybko odpisywał I przekazał wszystkie niezbędne informacje. Zdecydowanie polecam

Pokoj byl hezký a čistý. Dobrá lokalita.

Parking was easy on a nearly public carpark which also had an eV charger. Access was easy using the video and codes sent by the host. The building was clean and the room smelled of disinfectant - so had been recently cleaned. There was a kitchen area with cooking facilities, and the extra bed was located in this kitchen area, then a bedroom with the main double bed, and a small toilet, all off a small hall area where the A/C was located.

I booked the room because it came up as in Verona, with eV charging and parking. Actually it was ~30 mins drive from Verona on Lake Garda. This is a problem with Booking.com, who should distinguish between the town and the province. However I also should have checked the map. Nevertheless we stayed and drove into Verona with no problems. The room itself was adequate, but the towels were sad and threadbare, the soap/ shower gel holder was broken, the deep freezer compartment of the fridge was dirty and needed cleaning, the bathroom door just barely cleared the toilet bowl, and the A/C control battery cover was missing, so the batteries kept falling out. The standard of furnishing was very low. All things that are ok and can be lived with, but the price, Euro 180/night, was the highest we paid anywhere we stayed in Italy (and all other places were of a much higher standard).

The bed in the living room could be more comfortable. Everything is fine, clean, location is good.

Perfect location with a great host. Apartment great for 2, big enough for four. Comfortable beds, clean, witg great bathroom.
