Location is very good! Very close to the main attractions of Verona and relatively close to Porta Nuova Station. Very quiet and located in a nice area. It had coffee and all the supplies needed for cooking. Would definitely stay again.

The parking situation could have been clearer. It’s street parking, and you might not find a spot nearby — sometimes you have to park quite far from the place. We got lucky, but we still had to drive around for about 10 minutes before finding a spot close by.

Great location. I’ve cafe in the park across the street. There is a kids playground and beautiful fountain.

Beware of nosey Neighbor. There are some small dogs that live in the house the bark constantly. You hear everyone that enters at the bedroom window faces the main gate.

Travellers rely on realistic reviews. Herewith key points and a comparison with other establishments experienced during a two month trip in Italy. Earliercheck-in was much appreciated. Self check- in , not welcomed in person. Professional host, prompt communication. Linen and towels are OK. The washing machine is good. Cutlery and Crockery are sparse and basic - not matching, and some chipped. There are a lot of instructions to follow in general and a detailed contract to be signed. The mattress has collapsed on one side at the bottom. Pillows are comfortable. A separate cleaning fee is charged - other establishments, so far,  have not charged extra but also supplied a personal touch of amenities like fruits, wine, and water. All the above mentioned can easily be improved. Convenient and perfect location in relation to sightseeing.

Unfortunately the apartment itself has the worst position in a rather quiet building. It's 1m from a very busy road and the noisy entrance gates which slam shut every time someone enters or leaves- there are in fact two doors that slam shut. The sound is extremely disturbing. In season, loads of people come and go and there's no rest at any time of day or night which has nothing to do with it being in the Old Town.
