Residenza Madonna Verona

We stayed for 3 nights in the "Torre" apartment (2 bedroom). The location was perfect! It was easy to find, and placed in the middle of everything in the city. Very nice central location. The view from the balcony was so beautiful with a view of the Lamberti Tower and Piazza del Erbe. The apartment was clean and has a coffee machine.

The apartment really lacks some cozy vibe. It's very plain and with no decor. It's also a bit worn out. The apartment was chilly (mid. october). We contacted the host, who turned on the heat. In the small bedroom there was a LOUD noise at night- we brought ear plugs, but you could here it through the plugs a bit. It sounded like maybe the neighbours heating/air con. It was VERY loud, almost like construction noises. If it hadn't been for the ear plugs, it would have been impossible to sleep.

Location, location, location. We were also meet by Matteo who was absolutely brilliant. His communication was great and he even fixed an issue with the shower door within hours of us reporting it.

The property is VERY basic and extremely tired. Whilst it was clear it had been cleaned it felt a bit grubby because everything is rather worn. We noticed a pretty unpleasant drain smell from the shower which was a bit off putting. Perhaps it was due to it being an old building but nonetheless not very nice.

Super large apartment right in the center. The host was extremely friendly and explained in the detail all that we needed to know.

The location was perfect. Everything is near by.

We met at the accommodation, and the handover was eas. With the the added bonus of getting good insight into where to eat and things to do.

An unbeatable location. In the heart of Verona. Lovely apartment. Great facilities. Did I mention location? Fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was perfect. If I had to pick something it would be better lighting in the bathroom.

Top location to most attractions. Good showering.

The double bed is quite OK but all the other smaller beds are not very good. We are three people and one of us has to sleep in sofa although there are another 3-4 beds. The sofa is even better for sleeping than the beds.
