Le foto erano coerenti con l’appartamento, però problema sulla pulizia coperte e asciugamani vecchie, gialle e sporche. E poi poco chiaro nell’annuncio che ci vuole una caparra di 100 €

Faptul ca apartamentul este mare si nu este aglomerat de mobilier iti ofera un impact vizual de curat…insa după cateva minute de mers prin camere,aveam toti talpile foarte murdare,nu aveam papuci la noi,eram in tranzit de o noapte. Intr-un dintre dormitoare,pilota nu avea cearșaf,l-am cautat in dulat si acolo erau obiecte extrem de ingabenite de uzura sau patate.Am gasit un cearsaf,care nu era impaturit,pur si simplu era strans si pus undeva in dulat,părea folosit. In baie,nu exista gel de dus,insa este un sapun mic solid.

This was a backup location which we picked out short term for a) parking lot b) nearby our travel route. Had to pick up and bring back the keys from a nearby hotel which was two extra steps driving through a foreign city with complicated layout. - Not convenient for a long journey of a family with a 4 yr old and a baby. Also NO PARKING LOT against filters / advertisement on website. So we had to find a spot and understand Hungary's parking lot system AND pay extra (their credit card systems don't work) Also 100€ cash deposit for insurance which has to be cash so we were lucky to pack some just in case. No towels for showering. Please advertise properly.

The apartment is in a safe environment. The bus station for public transport is on the other side of the street.

The hygienic conditions were not satisfactory during our stay. It seems that this aspect is indirectly related to the otherwise beautiful and well maintained Mozart Hotel. The Mozart Hotel manager was extremely polite and apologetic about the situation. We had a constructive conversation and together we came to a satisfactory solution. I appreciate their efforts. Given the positive experience and the excellent service provided by the Mozart Hotel manager, I plan to book a room on my next visit to Szeged.
