GREAT host, Stefania is very welcoming making sure her guests feel at home - a very big thank you! Location is very close to town and beach; the house, the rooms are very spacious - a great change to usual home and even compared to other holiday places

Stephania was a charming and welcoming host. Her house is full of character and beautifully equipped. She allowed access to her well stocked kitchen and shared local knowledge of restaurants and attractions. The location of the property is ideal surrounded by off-road footpaths and cycleways. Easy walking access to the town and seafront. Pesaro was one of many stops for us touring Italy by car - but this stands out as one to come back to.

Fantastic house, very large facility with huge spaces and friendly staff.

The place is amazing. One of the most beautiful houses I have ever seen. Everything was perfect. The rooms are really clean and Stefania is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Our accommodation was even nicer and more comfortable than we expected from Booking. Our room was inside a beautiful, cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated house. Our host was also very kind and attentive, we had a delicious and plentiful breakfast every morning. We would love to return here again, it was the best accommodation we have stayed in not only in Italy but also in all our Booking trips so far.

Everything! Location, beautiful house, spacious, fabulous host who was more than accommodating & very kindly took us back to the train station at the end of our stay.

Lovely clean spacious room with balcony and separate bath and shower room. Super location for walking to the beaches or old town. Stefania was a great host, many thanks x
