"Nice Apartment in a poor location"

The apartment is fully refurbished inside and very nicely decorated and furnished.

The apartment was cold, the owner controlled the heat and it was set at 19c but it felt much colder. The local area is very poor with graffiti on the building and lots of building work going on directly next to the property. Parking is also difficult, on my first night I had to park on the road. Overall the area is not very pleasant.
