Localização excelente, prédio beira mar, equipamentos como cafeteira, microondas, espaco para muitas pessoas (1 cama de casal, 2 de solteiro e 1 sofá cama, mais vários colchões novos)

Não tem ar condicionado (tem, mas não funciona). Porém os ventiladores de teto dão conta.
