O apartamento tem uma vista incrível e as comodidades do condomínio são ótimas também. A cama de casal é confortável porém tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo.

Não gostamos do horário de check-out 11h00 bem ruim, as esquadrias de vidro da sacada estão quebrados, não permitindo abri-los, desta forma fica bem abafado o apartamento mesmo tendo ar condicionado. Esta esquadria esta quebrada desde 2022 conforme os comentários por aqui. O apartamento cheirava tb um pouco de mofo.
