Excellent communication

My fault but close to train station means close to noise ! Beds were harder than we used to

Clean well serviced modern apartment. Great area near to beach and Lanes with great shops and resturants but very quiet. Staff were friendly and really prompt and helpful with any queries. Pool was great and quiet even at peak times.

Only slight issue was the air conditioning unit makes the balcony very hot. Not a problem but we needed to turn it off before using outside area.

We couldn’t figure out the air conditioning or which pool we had access to, a guide to the property would have been helpful we couldn’t find one in the flat

No beach towels, no paper products in the kitchen, no bathroom amenities like shower gel and shampoo.

The design of the forniture , the Tv size ( like a cinema) and the comfort of each room toilets !

The pol was not very clean and has not facilities . Also the fact that was not parking availability

Great location, lovely pool, attentive staff and a great community.
