i like the location . pulai spring resort was very cool and nice places.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The property owner (or person in charge), Isabelle, was very rude and lacked proper communication skills. She spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I admit that I mistakenly placed the mailbox access key in the wrong location, and I take responsibility for that. However, the way Isabelle communicated with me was unacceptable. Regardless of the situation, guests should be treated with courtesy and respect. In addition, the cleanliness of the property was below expectations: * The closet had a strong unpleasant smell. * The towels were dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. * The floor was very dusty. Overall, the poor communication and lack of cleanliness made my stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

1. The sink in the bathroom is leaking when used. 2. ⁠The toilet is faulty and doesn’t flush well. 3. ⁠The room has a lot of ants in the bedroom, kitchen, and in the bathroom. 4. ⁠The towels are dirty, old, and stained. 5. ⁠The sofa bed is dirty and stained as well.

The owners were really nice and attentive, and sent a guy to come fix the door right away at 11pm.

Too many ambi pur room fresheners around, I had a headache and couldn't sleep.. Had to hunt them down the house and hide them in cupboards

Love the place
