The communication/email that was sent before you arrive and the one sent the day before departure makes you feel that they are doing you a huge favour allowing you to stay there. I think they need to learn a bit more about customer service and public relations. The sofa is so old, stained, filthy and totally uncomfortable and should be replaced immediately. With only this sofa to sit on it is a shame that the owners have not done anything about it.
