"Clean flat. Owner responded quickly to any questions. A good base for visiting Verona."

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms ideal for two couples. A washing machine handy we were inter railing with small cases. Aircon as it was a particularly hot spell.

Only a settee in the lounge, needs more seats for 4 adults.

"Mala atención por parte de los propietarios"

Espacioso, camas grandes y baños están bien. La zona es buena y segura

El nivel de respuesta y la atención son muy deficientes e incluso bordes. El alojamiento no estaba limpio, había mosquitos y al decírselo por WhatsApp nos dijeron que qué queríamos que hicieran ellos, tardando dos días en contestarnos. Viajamos con un bebé y no es un nivel de respuesta apropiado. Adicionalmente pone en el anuncio que tiene parking, pero no es verdad. Hay parking de pago en la calle, y un parking gratuito a cinco minutos andando, que en dos ocasiones estaba lleno. De nuevo, si viajas con niños y personas con poca movilidad no es un anuncio certero. El apartamento tiene ascensor pero hay que subir o bajar escaleras para cogerlo. Tampoco se nos había avisado. Se nota que es un alojamiento que ponen un precio alto y ofrece poco a los visitantes, como por ejemplo las recomendaciones que dan de restaurantes para comer, la mitad ya han cerrado... Llevan tiempo sin actualizar el apartamento etc...

Un petit peu bruyant avec le voisin du dessus , bruit de plancher , sinon emplacement très calme , chambres sur cours intérieur

The location was safe and quiet and a 10-15 minute easy, flat walk to the arena, old town and the main train station, making it very convenient. An ideal base.

The apartment was lovely and beautifully designed, in an excellent location! The service from the host was excellent. It had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was great. There’s an elevator to the apartment, which made things much easier for us, especially since we arrived with family and lots of luggage. The bathrooms were spacious and pleasant. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. It was simply perfect.

Muy buena ubicación y buen apartamento, grande y espacioso. Limpio y con las cosas necesarias para pernoctar.

Las camas un poco duras y las almohadas también.
