הדירה מרווחת, נעימה,נוח,עם מרפסת נהדרת ונוף משגע לים. קוסמי הבעלים אדיב מאוד, קשוב ועוזר. ניכר כי חווית השהייה שלי היתה חשובה לו.

הדירה קרובה לכביש. זה יתרון אך גם רועש

"Comfortable, well equipped base for a stay in and around Paphos"

We got a very warm welcome from Kostas, the owner. The apartment was comfortable with a nice sunny balcony overlooking a banana plantation and the sea. Equipped kitchen gave us flexibility for meals. Plenty of parking at the back. Good location just a shot drive from both Paphos and a number of popular beaches.

"Totally comfortable and well thought out apartment."

The property is clean. It is thoughtfully laid out. Everything felt fresh bright and new. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Fly screens were amazing.

I had hoped the road noise wouldn’t bother me as much as it did. It affected my sleep. My husband slept with earbuds in. It’s a very busy main road in front. I booked the property thinking the restaurant was open downstairs as it had such great reviews- however it has been closed for two years. A car is needed to get about for this property.

Rundum alles wunderbar: schönes sauberes Appartment, sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, eine kleine schöne Badebucht ( bei Vardas) nur 200 m weit weg. 100 m entfernt ein gutes Restaurant ( Harmony) für das Abendessen. Frühstück am Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und Parkplatz hintern Haus.

Der Verkehrslärm durch die Küstenstraße ist auch nachts etwas nervig. Sonst gäbe es 10 Punkte. Aber mit Humor geht alles.

The appartment was in a great location you can walk to the beach, less than 10 minute drive to other beaches, groceries, shopping and historic attractions. Very clean and easily accesible.

The delux studio appartment was clean, well-equiped with everything (even a washing machine and iron) and easily approachable by public transportation. The host is the best one: he is responsive and super helpful. I was amazed by the view to the sea😍 Thanks Kostas for everything❤️
