We stayed in the apartment for a week and we could not fault it. All the facilities you would need, very clean and great location.

Found the opening system a bit daunting , would have preferred a code to get in the building door .

The location is central.

(1) I had difficulty with uploading online tourist details/tax. Phoned mangement company- Little support offered. Eventually uploaded details for one resident only and paid fee. (2) We could not access building when we arrived on a hot evening. Phoned management company (Reasybusy). Advised that system not working. We were told to try other residents in the building who might let us in! If that did not work, someone would come to the building but we would be waiting a long time, on the street on a hot evening. The person we spoke to appeared to be having family dinner with children in the background and it was not a priority for them. Eventually we were let into the building as someone happened to enter. Having subsequently read reviews in detail, access issues have occured on several occasions previously. (3) No wifi working throughout our stay. Had to use own data. Phoned and tried to assist the management company to resolve, without success. (4) I was offered a refund for the problems we experienced. When I first contacted the management company on 5th August- no response and again on 13th August, I was told that they did not have my bank details and once received they were "proceeding with transfer". Today 5th September-I have still have not received the refund. I have used Booking.com on many occasions and, in general, have been very happy with the accommodations booked. This unprofessional and inefficient experience which continues has been stressful and unexpected.
