Ciche i przestronne mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżko i parking na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu. Winda. I najważniejsze: przesympatyczna Sandra, która dba o to, aby niczego nie zabrakło i panowała omalże rodzinna atmosfera.

Byli jsme zde ubytováni již podruhé a určitě ne naposledy. Naprosto nádherný apartmán, vybavený od kartáčků na zuby až po bohaté občerstvení. Vše je zde k dispozici. Člověk by mohl přijet jen s oblečením na sobě. Přítomna je i pračka se sušičkou. Vše nádherné, čisté, voňavé, exkluzivní. Do tohoto apartmánu jsem se zamilovala. A paní domácí Sandra je ta nejpřátelštější a nejúžasnější hostitelka,co jsem kdy měla možnost poznat. 10 hvězdiček je málo, ohodnotila bych 100 hvězdičkami.

This was really a great place. Our host, Sandra was very friendly to us: it felt like we have a friend in town for just in case. The apartment is spacy and it has a great balcony, our children loved it. The city center is close, but this apartment is in a neighbourhood where seemingly locals live, too.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in apartment 12A, and the experience was truly exceptional. Signora Sandra welcomed us with such care and thoughtfulness: after a long journey, we found a large panettone and a bottle of delicious champagne waiting for us. It was such a sweet and heartwarming gesture. She also took the time to explain the city, recommend places to visit, and guide us through the transport system. The welcome was so warm that you don’t feel like a guest in a rental apartment, but rather like you’re staying with close friends. Signora Sandra was always available and ready to help, although we didn’t encounter any issues at all. She even helped us call a taxi before departure, which we really appreciated. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need and more: a powerful hairdryer, toothbrushes, razors, shampoos, conditioners, and plenty of towels. There is always hot water with great pressure, and the plumbing is new and perfectly clean, with no unpleasant smells. The kitchen has everything for a comfortable stay: a coffee machine with capsules, a wide selection of teas, salt, sugar, spices, cutlery, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. There were even spreads for sandwiches, which was a very nice touch. The terrace is a true work of art, especially at sunset. It features sun loungers, a large table, and beautiful lighting that creates a magical atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet and safe: about a 12-minute walk to the Arena and 7 minutes to Giusti Gardens. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the closest supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away. The elevator works perfectly, and the courtyard is secure. This is definitely a place we would love to come back to.

Très bien situé car juste à côté du centre historique. Sandra parle Français et est très attentionnée. Le top !

Do dyspozycji były produkty do przygotowania kontynentalnego śniadania. Bardzo miłe.

Niewygodne meble na balkonie.

Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità e la gentilezza della Signora Sandra e di sua figlia Anna, sempre pronte per esaudire ogni desiderio. Molto buona era la fornitura dei prodotti per la prima colazione e del necessario per il bagno. La struttura è ampia, pulita e la cucina è dotata di ogni cosa, persino della borsa per la spesa. Molto bene tutto il resto. Torneremo sicuramente.
