Romantic Chalet-Style Flat with Mountain View

La vue depuis la terrasse, une supérette juste en bas du logement. La facilité pour récupérer les clés.

Es war sehr angenehm dort. Das Appartment war toll und gut eingerichtet; war alles Nötige vorhanden. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer könnte grösser sein; für 2 Personen zu klein. Die Kopfkissen müssten mal ersetzt werden. Ansonsten war alles super.

Bellissima posizione, zona tranquilla e meraviglioso il paesaggio. La struttura è perfetta per le famiglie. C'è l' ascensore, il posto macchina dentro al garage e la lavanderia.

L' appartamento era troppo piccolo per 4 persone. Se non si utilizzavano le lenzuola, le coperte e i cuscini del luogo non c'era spazio per mettere nulla nell'unico armadio perché era tutto ammassato all'interno. Il forno non funzionava. Non c'era il freezer. Nell' annuncio erano compresi asciugamani e lenzuola, mentre quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che erano sì compresi, ma poi bisognava lavarli a pagamento. La persona di riferimento è stata molto gentile ma parlava solo in francese, è stato difficile comunicare (speravamo almeno parlasse in inglese). Una mattina ci siamo svegliati senza acqua e abbiamo subito comunicato a questa persona il disagio ma lui ha risposto semplicemente che era un guasto generale e non si è interessato al problema. Solo nel pomeriggio quando abbiamo insistito nel chiedere qualche bottiglia d'acqua per lavarci o cucinare si è presentato e ci ha portato nella zona lavanderia ma a quel punto l' acqua era già tornata.

The appartement is located in a quiet appartement building with a vieuw on the (not working) skipiste and mountains. From the appartement you can choose your walks. The skistation is only 7 minutes by car but in the weekends there is a bus bringing you there every 15 minutes.

If you like coffee from a perculator, bring you own although a Nepresso coffeemachine is available. it is also handy to bring you own salt, pepper, oils and toiltetpaper.

Fantastic communication with the host. Many facilities available to make the stay as comfy as possible. Beautiful view!

The place was a bit too cluttered with things that one may need (once) which was a bit challenging with small kids that tend to reach out for and break things :) It would have been cool to have child protection for the cupboards where cutlery and plates were stored. Also, there was a hairdryer available but couldn't be used because it has European plug which doesn't match Swiss sockets. The final downside was waiting for 2h for the washing machine & drier to finish cleaning the bed linen. If you don't wanna wait for this, the janitor can take care of it for 25chf, which, if you add it to the room rate, pushes the price up significantly and doesn't make it so appealing, compare to other accommodation options in the region.
