Am besten ist die Lage der Unterkunft. Platz ist in der Unterkunft genug vorhanden. Preis Leistung ist okay

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das merk man an der Technik. Fenster waren zum Beispiel defekt. Es war mal ein Hotel. Wahrscheinlich vor vierzig Jahren.

De lift deed het niet en wij verbleven op de 4e etage. De accommodatie communiceert niet duidelijk dat er geen linnengoed is inbegrepen en ook niet dat wordt verwacht dat je letterlijk het hele appartement schoonmaakt inclusief stofzuigen en dweilen. Als ik weet dat er geen linnengoed is en ik zelf verantwoordelijk ben voor hele schoonmaak weet ik niet of ik het nog zou boeken

Nothing here was actually above average

Check-in process was the worst we have ever encountered, we had to drive to a separate location to do so. We then had to collect our own towels and linen before driving back again, and even then had to call again to find out where our apartment was located (and we weren’t then only ones lost). The apartment itself was not very clean, in particular the bed mattress covers had some VERY dubious stains on them. Although this was meant to be a non smoking room, there were ashtrays on the balcony for each apartment and there was a stench of smoking around. Despite instructions such as leaving the dishwasher empty, we found it full. And the instructions for having to clean the apartment ourselves meant that we left it considerably cleaner than when we arrived. Finally, on leaving we had to wrap up and return, to the separate location, all our bed linen and towels. And all this is NOT at a low cost stay. So in summary it was a poor stay with abysmal customer services at a premium price.
