Luxury Lake View Apartment

The apartment was clean and organised.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Especially liked the heated bathroom floor.

Slight issue with the lounge room tv, which wouldn’t stream Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Very helpful member of BCR cleaning staff tried to fix it and offered to send a technician to fix it, but I was ok watching the tv in the bedroom. Swimming pool was not in use due to maintenance throughout my stay, which was disappointing. Also, would have been helpful if check-in instructions had mentioned the name of the apartment complex for ease of finding it.

Good location, great view, easy walk to town centre

A physical (not app based) compendium with comprehensive operational instructions would have been helpful.

Location was ideal, size of the apartment suitable.

Noise from outside the property like a pump going on and off all night. Plumbing/waste water was also very noisy in the walls from apartment above. Too much furniture/occasional tables/poufs cluttered the main area and rugs curled on the corners, a trip hazard. Balcony also had too many chairs making it difficult to walk around. Shutters in the bedrooms let in a lot of light at night.

Large open plan living space with great views. Easy stroll to township

Bedrooms were a little joyless.. TV had a gremlin as if someone else was controlling it and switching it to Netflix?!

Location.

Only one bathroom for 2 bedroom apartment. Lack of paper towels. Bin liners not lined in rubbish bins and neither available on site. Not worth the money paid.
