The biuilding is old and dusty. The room must be professionally clean. The toilet bowl is dirty. There is a weird smell in the flat. The chair, when I wiped the surface, all black and dusty. Seem like never been upholsted. The coffee maker has lots of stain. The middle of the bed is slide aside. The kitchen stink and the carpet in the kitchen is disgusting. The washing machine is broken. The host is nice and offer to use his sons's. But I at last just hand wash. There is a mobile lavatory in front of the entrance. Though I didn't smell anything inside the flat, still feel uncomfortable. Besides, there is rubbish everywhere near the entrance for a few days. Although the host is a nice man, I still need to give honest comments Thid house really need to be clean thoroughly. Inside the closet, unused stuff were shuffled there.

Nice cozy apartment in the old town, quiet and there was coffee in the room

The apartment is super close to the old town square. It is very easy to reach from the WAW airport as well as the centralana Warsaw station. The host is very kind and considerate. It has everything you need for a short stay

The home could have been a little cleaner.

The apartment was even better than I expected! It is in the heart of the old town, easy to find and get into. The place was quiet, clean, warm, and very comfortable. The shower had really hot water, which I loved, and there was a coffee machine, a kettle with tea, and a small kitchen with everything you need. The location is great , lots of interesting places, cafes, and sights nearby. It was an amazing stay!

The apartment is in a very good location in the old town. Own bathroom not shared. Good value price. Coffee machine with coffee :) The apartment is small but we get all you needed The pictures of the apartment from the booking.com are real so I will add here the pictures of places near the property. A tip: In case you need a supermarket, search for Bedronka market on Google Maps.

So what I will write here is not a cons but more like a suggestion to those who have high expectations. You get a great location in the old town but also these mean old styled windows by law and old roads. When a car goes down the street you will hear that. It wasn't a problem for us. I slept well. For someone with light sleep it can be a problem..Old building means a small apartment but we had all we needed. And yes you will hear the freezer because it's in the same room with your bed. Anyway you can turn off if you don't want some noise at night.

A very nice studio flat in a stunning location, not only right next to the Old Town but also close to the shops, restaurants, river, and other parts of the City, all within walking distance. The flat was cosy and clean, the bed was very comfy, the shower did its job as well as a small kitchenette with all the necessary appliances and fridge. Also, the owner was a very nice person and allowed me to stay a few hours longer so I avoided spending all day at the airport waiting for my late evening flight. This is the difference between such places and soulless hotels which kick you out at 11 am sharp.

A microwave would be useful. Also, the room was pretty cold for my needs. The heater was hot, so it's all good there, but this flat has a very high ceiling (over 3m, I believe), and most of the heat goes up there. As a result, the floor was terribly cold, the room temperature was below 20 C I guess, and I had to sleep in a sweater. Perhaps it's just me who likes warm places, but some extra electric heater would definitely do here.

A cozy little apartment located in the Old Town. Great communication with the host, very good amenities (especially given the small size of the property), many attractions are within walking distance. Will come back!
