"Location superb, rest of it needs improvement"

Perfect location as it was 5 minutes away from the train station and commercial location.

We had issues getting to the apartment as the owner didn't sent the main door codes. Tried several times to contact him without luck. We ended phoning Booking to assist and after 2 hours of phonecalls, Booking did found the codes. Apartment is forwarding the main street and is not well isolated, so the noise from the street is noticeable. The bathroom had a huge plumbing smell

"Szybki jednodniowy pobyt."

Idealna lokalizacja z widokiem na Pałac Kultury :D. Bardzo blisko do Złotych tarasów czy jarmarku. Mieszkanie odświeżone, ale dotknięte zębem czasu ;) (przydałby się remont), ale cena jak najbardziej adekwatna. Łóżko wygodne. Wbrew pozorom, mieszkanie w miarę ciche, nie przeszkadzał nam ruch uliczny. Klucze łatwo dostępne w skrzynce. Cudowna kawiarnia tuż obok, żabka również. Polecam na szybkie pobyty. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Brak ekspresu do kawy. Łazienka wymaga uwagi właściciela.

"Odpowiadała nam lokalizacja. Były czyste pościele i ciepła woda, ale to były jedyne zalety."

Lokalizacja.

Bardzo nieładnie pachniało z rur w łazience. Były uszkodzone drzwi od balkonu i przy otwieraniu wypadały z zawiasów. Zbite lustro na korytarzu groziło zranieniem się przy przechodzeniu obok.

Było bardzo zimno, kaloryfery były prawie zimne. Najwyraźniej nie były serwisowane od jakiegoś czasu. Radziłbym je odpowietrzyć.

Obiekt został przez nas zmieniony na inny ze względu na to ze brakło miejsca do spania na Naszego trzeciego dziecka. Właściciel stwoerdził ze dziecko z ukończonym 4 rokiem życie nie jest liczone do miejsca do spania Od 5 lat jest miejsce do spania Zakupując bylo miejsce. Lokalizacja super Parking utrudniony Ogólnie czysto ale łazienka do remontu. Sypialnia klitka. Kuchnia nie zachęcała do uzytkowania

Największym plusem jest niewątpliwie lokalizacja ,widok z balkonu,winda,cena . Na jedną ,dwie noce może być jakoś w stosunku do ceny o.k

Skromne wyposażenie kuchenne , dość mocno zużyte ,ogólnie w mieszkaniu przydał by się remont ,zapach kanalizacji w toalecie i mieszkaniu .
