Obiekt był blisko lotniska.

Cieknąca lodówka nie przygotowana po ostatnich gościach. W lodówce brakowało drzwiczek zamrażarki co spowodowało rozmrożenie się lodu po ostatnich gościach. Druga sprawa szukałem miejsca z parkingiem, niestety parking który był oferowany z mieszkaniem był zajęty przez nie znanego właściciela. Byłem przez to zmuszony na parkowanie w miejscu publicznym. Dodam że ludzie z Ursynowa nie lubią przyjezdnych i obkleili mi auto karnymi kaktusami :/ . Po zgłoszeniu dla obsługi tych problemów dostałem informację że nic nie da się zrobić, Pani zaproponowała 15 % rabatu. Niestety nic takiego nie miało miejsca.

It was hard to get into the building first, and later into the apartment. The key box code, for some reason, was different from the one in the description. Bad smell in the toilet and the shower room. Washing gel like Persil is used instead of hand soap. Why, do not ask. The furniture in the apartment needs some repair. The apartment was booked for two adults and a child, but we found only one bed for two people. The car park was booked as well; however, even having a key to the underground parking area, the parking spot was occupied by another car. In the parking, we were told that the space belongs to the car owner and has nothing to do with the Chill Apartments. Contacting the Chill Apartments by phone after 22:00, their response to us was to find a place elsewhere on the street, on our own risk, as simple as that.
