The villa we stayed in was lovely with beautiful views. You do need a car, as in a rural setting. There are chickens and rabbits on site and a friendly donkey.

The only issues were the floor in the basement bedroom was cold and the pictures on Booking.com didn't do it justice.

Such a relaxing stay. Beautiful view, cottage and fireplace made for a perfect feel and Anais was great helping the kids feed the rabbits and chickens. Love to go back!

Everything was perfect. The house is lovely, the location is great, quiet, very nature-focused. The rooms are well equipped and spacious, with great views on the surroundings. What gave it the edge in my opinion are the hosts. Not only very knowledgeable of the area (and keen to share tips!), but also very amicable and helpful through the whole stay we have had. These people chose the right path in life as they are clearly born for hospitality and made our stay a truly memorable one.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

We had a wonderful stay. The host Anais and the lady who looked after the apartments couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The apartment was large and luxurious, the views and tranquility unrivaled! Close enough for daytrips to Bilbao, Guernica, Lekeitio, Vitoria Gasteiz or San Sebastian, without having to stay in the city. Great hiking areas and beaches nearby. Not sure when we'll be back in Northern Spain, but when the time comes we'll be back staying here.

This was in an absolutely stunning location. The apartment was wonderful and had everything you needed for a reasonable price. The hostess was also super helpful and kind.

We were only there one night. The area it is in, the local town has a lovely ambience with nice restaurants. The owner was lovely and very helpful

Unfortunately it wasn’t for us. It is more a place for families with children. Chickens/rabbits for children and areas to play. Due to the lay out of the apartments it was a bit noisy.

The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by hills and just 15 mins drive from Zumaia. Lots of hiking trails nearby. The grounds are well-kept and Anais is a superb host. She is discreet, yet very friendly. Our children loved the animals, spending a lot of their time with the donkey, dogs, chickens and rabbits.

Nothing springs to mind. It is a genuinely lovely property and very suitable for families. We appreciated having an en-suite as well as the family bathroom.

Absolutely breathtaking views! Very pleasant hosts. Lovely animals including a little dog and a donkey. The apartment was clean, decently stocked with basics and clean.

Low beams in awkward spots. We hit our heads several times, occasionally quite hard for example where sofa chair was situated, immediately upon standing up you’d hit your head. Obviously we moved it lol. Also, you had to drive to get to anywhere which is obvious when booking but still a bit of a pain in actuality. However, so so so relaxing upon arrival back to farm house!

The apartment was a bit small and the ceilings were quite low although it had plenty of character
