Klimatyczna kawalerka w centrum Warszawy

The location is definitely the biggest plus - close to many attractions and city centre. Also, there's a private parking which was useful. Contact with the host was nice too.

All furniture and facilities are very old; bed wasn't very comfortable (hard mattress), the cushions were very flat and defo need changing; also a larger duvet would be nice. Refrigerator didn't work so the frozen food we brought went to waste.

The location is very convenient. There are a few great cafes and food places around. And it's the very centre!

The fridge makes a really loud hum at night and makes sleeping hard even with earplugs in. I had to disconnect it for a while, otherwise, I wouldn't fall asleep. I know that the owner (a very kind and friendly woman) plans a major overhaul of this small property. I am sure things will improve afterwards!

Good location, close to shops and restaurants, walkable to the centre, parking in gated courtyard free of charge

No such thing, but a tip: defrost the fridge, the freezer doesn't open anymore and fix the bed, I slept on an incline

great communication with the host; clear entry instructions sent by text prior to arrival; very clean property with all the facilities needed even for a longer stay (dishwasher, washing machine, hob, microwave, wi-fi, toiletries, ironing board, hairdryer, extra duvet for colder nights, etc.); table/desk space for work; excellent central location

cigarette smell getting into the property through vents/open window from the next-door flat (not particularly strong but may be an issue for more sensitive travelers); shower drain clogged (a minor issue that can be easily solved, though!)
