Host & Stay - The Glaisdale at Brunswick Holiday Apartments

I like the location of the place which is situated right in the middle of town.

Parking is very expensive and not too closed to where we are staying.

simple straightforward instructions, did'nt need to worry about losing/forgetting keys.

How convenient the location was. 2 minute walk to the front.

We stayed Friday and Saturday so obviously being peak drinking time, the little angels pub opposite had very loud music on until after midnight. Obviously it can’t be helped, but if you’re looking for an early night I don’t like the chances. Also, just a bit concerning that we came back at the same time as the neighbours and whilst I was going to the key press they said out loud the EXACT same number (this number was also the same as the door to our apartment) so it was slightly unsettling.

I liked the central location and that it could accommodate 3 adults and 2 children

I initially struggled to enter the property using the keypad and the lock box next to it failed to open. There was a pub opposite which played music till late keeping us all awake, after that it was people chatting in the street below despite the windows being closed. There was rubbish under our bed from previous guests and the triple sleeper was very small. I have one at home but this one was like sleeping in a coffin. The lounge /dining area was small and quite uncomfortable for the number of guests and needed a better layout to optimise space.

We loved the location. It was just so ideal. Close to everything with plenty of shops, pubs and eateries nearby. We loved how clean and tidy the apartment was. It has a real homely feel. We were surprised at how spacious the apartment was.

Not so much a dislike but there was no remote for the TV in the main bedroom. It didn't hinder or spoil our stay in any way.

the location was excellent and the apartment was clean and spacious . had almost everything needed could have done with a cheese grater but we managed. Beds comfy and a fan was very helpful in the living room. would defiantly stay here again if ever in Whitby.

the entry door instructions where a little complicated we arrived at same time as some other guests and they also struggled a lady from shop next door opened it from inside and explained how to get in. The tap to turn shower on and off was bit stiff. carpark was a bit of a hilly walk.
