Sal (host) is friendly. Location is great and convenient.

Bathroom door on the inside had a big patch of mould. Bedroom headboard is pretty worn out (tears and scratches) and is just covered by a generic blanket. Door handle on the entrance door is quite loose.

Subject: Feedback on Unpleasant Booking Experience in Woking Dear Salvatore I’m writing to share our disappointment regarding a recent booking experience that left three ladies stranded and uncertain at the last minute, in Woking. This feedback was shared with the Booking.com team earlier, but till date no one got back to us. We had reserved your property in Woking, but upon arrival, we discovered that our payment cards had been intentionally declined by the host as confirmed by our Bank in the UAE. This message has been communicated to the property team. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we received no confirmation or communication from the property until we had already reached Woking. This lack of transparency and last-minute uncertainty was extremely stressful and inconvenient. It felt as though the host deliberately avoided confirming our booking, and the intentional card declines added to the frustration. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply unpleasant, especially given that we were left without clarity or accommodation after traveling. We hope Booking.com will look into this matter seriously and take steps to ensure that hosts communicate clearly and act in good faith with guests. Experiences like this undermine trust in the platform and can have real consequences for travelers. Thank you for your attention.
