Location, parking (not so suitable for big and wide vehicles) in very central area, communication, check-in, bed comfort, coffee :)

Good location, very spacious, quite modern Very good and secure parking Clear instructions

Check out time should be 11am, I think 10am is too rushed. Towels, need to have more towels / guest.
