It is easy to check in, just need to follow the instructions in the email. The location is good. The host were very attentive and helpful, when I need thier help, they pick up the phone easily. Everything were smooth and I like the room, so cute and comfortable. I also requested for 11am check out and they granted it. Thanks a lot.

The property was clean and tidy at a fantastic location, the host was incredibly accommodating, we had to extend our stay by one day because of a transport issue and the host was very helpful with that. Everything in the apartment is modern with a cool vibe. I would definitely recommend it and will come back again 100%

Worst experience , Think twice before booking in this place since you might find your room with mosquito and spider web and expect the owner to say in the rudest way possible “ is a mosquito or a spider gonna kill you ?” Aside from telling you to expect the minimum …. Tried to change room but there was none available tried cancel it and book in another place but they offered little to no help , the cleaning lady claiming the room was clean yesterday .. those spider web probably been there for days overall not recommended rudest owner To reply the owner never gave the opportunity to re book since all he did when he called was yelling funny how it’s called smile and love he even denied the refund for us to book somewhere else , of course she came back we had to call her back and she sweep the wed on top of our bed and left the web on the floor … also this owner have other 2 places called magic garden and comfort zagreb .
