"Rough start"

The property is tidy and clean which met our needs.

The issue of collecting the key for the property. We have been waiting from 12.15 til 1345 and we have sent our flight eta and it says on the arranged check in is 12.00 noon. We do not understand why we have to wait. We waited eventhough it started to rain.
