Ok, if you are just for one night. The place is small but well planned and functional. The room was clean, and the host was really polite. We booked right before coming due to last-minute change in plans and everything was ready when we arrived.

The room is right at the entrance of the building, so it got quite noisy early in the morning when people were leaving for work. The door was loud, so we had to start our day at 6 😐
