Apartment Alex Miramare

The owner of the apartment, Alex, was very friendly and helpful - responding to all messages within minutes. The actual apartment was very clean and comfortable -it felt light and airy, with modern furnishing. Providing us with everything we needed for the 2 nights that we stayed there. Parking was available directly outside the building for a reasonable charge, which was very handy. The location of the apartment was very good, less than 5 minutes from local shops and less than 10 from the central area. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Zagreb again.

The enclosed balcony area smelled of cigarettes smoke (previous guests) but we were able to close that area off, so it wasn't a major issue.

Be careful. The apparetment is very dirty. cautions are dirty with no covers.the property owner told us that he will bring covers from his home.As per the website ,the appartment is provided by air conditioning which means that the living rooms are by defult provdided by air conditining however, we found that it has only one condition and located in the living room.The property owner is Impolite and aggressive and he said to me you should have verfied the photos of each room before you making the reservaios. You have to check all walls of all rooms to ensure whether it has ACs and where the are fixed. The appartment is uncleaned and in an old buding . The surrounding area also is very dark.the entrance and the lift are also unclean.When I saw these things I left the appartment immediately and forced to search and book another hotel costed me three times of the cost of the appartment reservation. I asked the owner to refund the amount but he refused and was agressive even after booking.com spoke to him. Be carefull, the reviews score is highly overstated. Appartment like this is unsuiatble.

We had an amazing time staying at this apartment in Zagreb. It had everything our family needed and more. The location was perfect, close to the city center, and the paid parking in front of the building was incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. However, what made our stay truly special was the kindness and hospitality of the host. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided us with invaluable recommendations. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zagreb.
