- pripadajuće parkirno mjesto (iako se i u blizini može naći besplatan parking) - blizina sadržaja (caffe bar ispred zgrade, trgovački centri udaljeni par minuta pješice, kvartovski dućan, ljekarna i bistro pizzeria na početku bloka, dječji park odmah do zgrade) - prostran apartman (dovoljno prostora i za privatnost gostiju i za zajedničko druženje) - izlaz na terasu iz obje sobe i dnevnog boravka

Zavjese na prozorima prljave,a plahte za krevet stare 10 godina i nisu baš nešto. Ulaz u objekat otežan,jer ne radi brava ulaznih vrata.Kreveti također istrošeni,a podovi prljavi. Vlasnik jednostavno ne ulaže u apartman,a niti ga održava. Preporuka,bar daj sve od sebe i kupi dvije čaše,da pijem bambus ko čovjek ili ti je valjda i to teško kupit,dok ti eure nije teško pokupiti od gostiju.Apartman nije bio ugrijan iako se vrijeme dolaska znalo,a vani temperature ispod nule. Ma skoro da je najbolje da ti mi gosti uplatimo novce,ali da ne dolazimo.Samo zamaramo vlasnika
