"A highly recommended place near to Ravne Tunnels"

Highly recommended!The rooms are very comfortable and clean. In the outside common area there is a well equipped kitchen. The WiFi is very good and also the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also great, at walking distance to the Ravne tunnels, and close to a supermarket and the village Visoko. We will definitely visit again.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet und freundlich gestaltet. Mich begeistert am meisten die perfekte Lage zu den Ravne Tunneln und die liebevolle Betreuung durch Ajla, unsere Gastgeberin. In den "Familien"- suiten kann man auch bei schlechterem Wetter als Gruppe gut zusammen sein, da sie sehr geräumig sind. Die Sommerküche draussen hat alles, was man für eine eigene Verpflegung braucht und man lernt noch nette Menschen kennen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und grün - wir kommen immer gern wieder.

Der Kontakt zum HIT-Brooker (Verwaltungs-) Team war nicht gut - kein guter Kundenservice.

Épülőfélben lévő lépcső, amely balesetveszélyes. A tulajdonos nem tudott visszaadni az euróból, másnap reggelre ígérte, amit a mai időpontig nem teljesített!!!!!!!!!!! A nagy kapkodásban elfelejtette átadni a szoba kulcsát, majd később sms-ben vont kérdőre, hogy hová tettük. Ez szégyenteljes vendég fogadás!!!!!
