The appartment is located in the city centre, 1 minute from the bus stop. All important services are within walking distance including food stores, restaurants and market. The appartment was really clean and very good equipped. We felt very confortable, everything was perfect. Giovanna is very kind and helpfull. I fully recommend this accomodation.

The property has everything you need and more! Giovanna is the hostess with the mostess and has provided you with every little comfort you could want for a short or long stay. She is so kind and considerate. The location is superb - minutes walk from everywhere you want to be - old town, waterfront, parking, restaurants, shops, sights. We spent many an hour on the balcony watching the world go by.

Mattresses in the twin room (two singles) could have been a little more comfortable for an adult. Otherwise the place was perfect.

location !! right beside old town and short walk to promenade . We found the walk to Maria Pia beach very nice - about 30mins by the ocean flat all the way ! the apartment had everything you could need - shampoo, body wash , conditioner - all toiletries! lots of kitchen essentials too ie coffee tea bread salt pepper and much more but we ate out everyday so didn’t need them . Giovanna was extremely helpful ie iron wasn’t working and within 5mins was there with another one - also we wanted to book driver for La Pelosa and she gave us a number - chauffeur driver arrived with gorgeous car and it was cheaper than taxi ( however buses run there from June 1st) Ned really comfy and absolutely loads of towels ! beach umbrellas and mats also there. We loved the balcony and would have pre dinner drink and apres dinner drink on it - area we actually used the most.

nothing really - only thing to bear in mind we were just two adults might be a little tight if there were four adults ! there is a very popular local bar up the way but it didn’t bother us as we were out a lot and loved hearing the music from balcony - once inside with windows closed can’t hear anything!

Excellent apartments in the heart of Alghero at a reasonable price. Very comfortable , cosy, and modern apartment. Giovanna is extremely friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place

Beautiful apartment, very clean, nice balcony, well-equipped kitchen. The communication with the owner was great. The location is awesome also, walking distance to all you needed (old center, city bus, shops). Thank you Giovanna!

The apartment is super nice, has a nice, good equipped kitchen with all that one needs. The bathroom and the balcony were also great. Our host Giovanna was super friendly and easy to reach out. She did definitely went an extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were there just as a pair but the apartment can definitely be used comfortably by four people (separate bedroom) with a two beds and one with king-size bed ( there is a bankbed in the big bedroom so theoretically it is possible to stay there with six people but it would be rather tight). The apartment is super close to the old town, it the corner it a Markthalle, foccaceria and a bakery. There is also a supermarket 450m away.
