Very cosy apartment, clean, well equipped with all necessaries. Centrally located.

The apartment is located in the basement, it is humid.

Location of the building close to centrum in walking distance 10mins. Beautiful apartment after renovation, good TV, comfortable bed, air condition, clear check in instructions.

- The apartment was located in the basement of the old building and because of that there was a terrible smell of mould. It was impossible to breath inside with such heavy smell and moisture air. If we would have know this we wouldn’t have booked it - this cause health issues. This costed me wife strong asthma symptoms. The host hasn’t responded to our concerns at all. - the parking on the street is very expensive per day 13.50€. We were lucky that we were during the weekend so Sunday was free of charge. - in the early morning there started some renovation in front of our door and the renovation guys removed our outside seats and table so it wasn’t possible to seat in the terrace anymore. The were very loud and just behind our semi-transparent door so it was uncomfortable for us and impacted on our privacy. - bedroom window (basement windows) was next to the busy street (traffic) so whole night you could hear cars driving.

Nice clean and roomy apartment with nice shower. Close to main parts of Zagreb.

Building was being renovated so lift was not working making it difficult to walk up stairs with heavy international flight luggage. When renovacijom is finished will he a beautiful building. Hopefully they will renovate the biolding across the road too(hostel) aswell.

Great location, very close to the city center, about 10 minutes walking. There are parking spots on the street, with hourly fee. The accomodation was very clean, small, but with everything you need. There is self checkin, we communicate very good with the host.

The building was under construction (august 2023), it was kind of a mess there and very dusty. As we stayed in the weekend, there wasn't noise. But no one to blame, the host warned us when we reserved the apartment. It didn't bothered us so much as we stayed only one night and of course, it is not permanent. Even better, it is great to see the building rehabilitated in Zagreb.

We were upgraded due to construction work, this was great! Good AC, large TV, nice shower, large couch. Overall hotel room vibe. Apartment just a few steps up. Communication with host was good.

The big mirror was oddly placed.

The apartment is in a central position, with possibility to park in the streets close to the location. It is very clean and cozy, we had a pleasant stay. Is not big but is very clean with all the facilities for a short stay.

Spacious, clean, comfortable & great location. Would thoroughly recommend. Good communication too

The outside is having some renovation, so the stairs were covered in protection, which was a bit of a trip hazard, but we were warned beforehand & the apartment was absolutely fine.

I liked the location it was just near the center the inside of the room was great and the hostess was really kind with compassion
