Really clean & modern apartment. Very close to main train station, barely a 10min walk & less to centre. Really good shower.

Very small with kitchen. Only stayed one night so it was fine for us but if you were planning on staying longer & cooking it would be a it cramped. Wifi was slow.

Location excellent, clean, value for money.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable

Location was fairly quiet. Couple of minutes walk from the main city centre. Facilities seemed very good with a whole apartment and access to a fully equipped front room and kitchen, though I did not use these. Quick and easy communication with host. A lot bigger than expected for price paid.

A bit of noise from the main road in to the bedroom, but nothing too bad.

Approach to the appartment

Small but functional. Able.to checkin at very late hour. Close to center.

Upon booking, we requested for late checkout until 12noon and the management 'gladly' confirmed. We arrived 2am and we really needed a longer sleep. Came 11am, Selina, who I believed also the same person who confirmed late checkout, knocked and rudely demanded that we already get out because it is not allowed to checkout late. Maybe she forgot? But she was not kind enough to listen that we had an approved request. We had to rush the children to hurry and it really ruined our last day of vacation. She even said someone will come at 11:45am to stay. Really? Even if the usual checkout is 10am, is that enough time to prepare the unit for the next guest to arrive? She was clearly lying. This is very poor customer service. Worst experience in all our holidays. Apart from that, you have to walk up by stairs to 2nd level (Ievel 0 as ground level). It was a challenge with the luggages. Oh, and the bedroom air seems congested. Smells stuffy. I barely leave reviews unless that deserves exceptional rating. But our experience in this apartment was not pleasant.
