The cleanliness - it is not well cleaned other than the bathroom The bed was unchanged and full of hairs - really off-putting Giant cobwebs with spiders in in the bathroom/kitchen area - easy to see and easy to remove The cleanliness definitely makes the place very off-putting which is a shame because the apartment other than that is quite nice

The owner was extremely polite and professional. Everything was in accordance with the arrangements. She also let me stay an hour extra as my transfer was delayed, and she helped me and made sure I managed to find another transfer. The apartment fits the description, and the guests even receive a small gift upon their arrival. Even though the apartment is in the heart of the city centre it is very quite and people can have a very good-night sleep. I definitely recommend the place to everyone, and as for myself I will definitely book it for my next trip to Zagreb.

Like many - a shower. But for a short time - everything is ok. Also, we knew about this when we booked the apartment, so it wasn't a surprise.

The location was amazing. Based in the old town with lovely views over the lower section of the old city. Great working air con (we went in July). In a renovated building on an elevated position extremely close to most of the sight seeing places (mostly located in the old town). The lower street level, as seen from the apartment, is full of cafes restuarants and drinking establishments (plus excellent ice cream outlets). As the apartment is elevated you can see all this without experiencing the noise and they are a short walk away. The apartment is light and open plan built into the hillside. Amenities are all as described. I found Kristina and her mother to be extremely helpful. We really loved our stay here.

The appartment was in a great location. It was spacious, clean and modern. It had the most wonderful view. The owner was kind, helpful and polite. I certainly would go again. I recommend it without second thought.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The owner kindly welcomed my little puppy, which unfortunately I couldn't leave at home.

It is difficult to find a place to park a car and it is not recommended for the elderly as there are many steps and hills to the apartment.
