The location is good and the view from the balcony is splendid as well. You can go to the Dolac market easily with just five minutes, thus a great accommodation for tourists. As for the view, you can see the old Croatian-style town in the balcony. It was a good experience to have a cup of coffee and snacks there in the morning seeing the scenery.

Please note that the accommodation is located at the fifth floor of the building, and you have to bring up your luggage by yourself.

There are 83 stairs. But I was aware of that when I booked so it’s not a complaint, but something people should know before they book.

Everything was amazing! The location is superb, the place is more than good for a few nights stay and it has everything you could possibly need :) The communication with the owner is easy. Overall I cannot recommend it more

The only thing that could be a problem is that it's an old building and the apartment is on the last floor, no elevator so it can be a bit tricky with luggage or for older people. But it's nothing worrying overall really

The location was good, convenient for walking and easy to find in the dark again even though I don't know the city well. I slept well there and felt safe. The mattress was comfortable. The balcony was a plus.

The instructions left out important details about which door to attempt to open in order to get into the apartment area (once you're up on the top floor and have retrieved the keys from the lockbox, it was not clear which door to try). No instructions on which of the three keys goes to the first door, which to the apartment door. The apartment was spartan - almost no decorations, and kitchen utensils/pots definitely discouraged any cooking to be done. You only have your bed and an uncomfortable high top table for sitting (and the balcony chairs), so lounging isn't great. Basics such as olive oil and coffee are not provided. Bath towel was thin and discolored. Duvet was a single narrow one - not even an extra one provided as a spare - and blanket was up so high without easy access (manager offered to come and assist, but I decided to make do with what was there). My overall impression is that they take for granted that they don't have to try hard to make it a nice place, since the location and view are good.

It was in an ideal location, had the use of a shared washing machine, and had a small but nice balcony with a great view. And it was clean and well equipped.

Although the room itself was very clean, there was a slight sewer smell when you flushed the toilets and the building had a little bit of a funky smell too when you entered.
