NEW!! High end 2bd modern apartment in Novi Zagreb

We could not stay, we advised of a late check in ahead of time. we had an email stating check in from 3pm and there would be extra charge for cot 10 euro. We arrived as planned, and sent passport to email. No reply. We rang and emailed and no one answered. We went to apartment, knocked on door of neighbors they told us to ring. We did this. We waited down the Rd at cafe for 1.5 hrs for door pin code to come through? We had to leave to find new place it was nearing 9pm which is late We had 2 yrs old and 4 yrs old who needed sleep & bed. Just such a shame, no communication. Only communication was she emailed about a cot with 10 euro costs and at 9.40pm she emailed the door code. It was too late, we checked into city hotel.

Not able to contact anyone, for a late check in. We called the number multiple times. We emailed the email address 4 times. We texted the number. We knocked on neighbors door. What else can we do??? There is no afterhours or late check in help for late arrival. Maybe they need to have a plan for guests arriving late????

Ev son derece güzel ve iyi dekore edilmişti. Yataklar çok rahat ve ev tamamiyle çok temizdi. Ev sahipleri son derece ilgili ve her ihtiyacımızı düşenerek yardımcı oldular.

Konum olarak şehir merkezine yürüyerek ulaşım çok mümkün değil.

Udoban apartman, dobra lokacija.

Lokacija i veličina apartmana.

Apartman je izuzetno prljav, nije se pošteno čistilo dugo vremena. Kauč je u očajnom stanju. WC zaudara, navečer su se pojavili mravi u kuhinji. Definitivno ne zaslužuje tu cijenu.
