Room Emma,between bus and train station,Netflix,speed Wi-Fi

The location was very good -- easy to get to other cities via the bus station, and close enough to the city centre to sightsee within Zagreb. The room was also very clean and the instructions for how to check in included useful photos.

Despite having a bath very prominently displayed in the listing photos, I could not use it because the host did not provide a plug. When I contacted the host about this issue, he claimed that the description was NOT misleading and that "Pictures don't mean anything" on here. I absolutely would have stayed somewhere else if I knew the host was so dishonest. Additionally, communication was not great. Despite the host insisting that we should send a photo of our ID in advance of arriving in Zagreb, I did not receive a response that the photo was received until about 3 hours before the scheduled check-in time. The owner needs to improve the honesty about his listing and communication speed (which is very important for a remote check-in).

Great location for a concert at Tvornica Kulture, seemed safe to have a walk from the venue back to the apartment in the evening.

We only got one blanket for a double bed, which made me sleep pretty badly and I couldn't rest very well. I thought we will have 1 blanket for each person as usual.

The location of this apartment is excellent, which is just about 7-8 minutes walk to the bus terminal ! Though quite compact in size, it is equipped with necessary basic facilities !

We did not meet the host in person, but he had really put an effort into making maps and descriptions for everything. Very nice and clean. Elevator. Near bus station, where you easily can keep your luggage at "Garderoba" by stop 106.

The cleanliness was exceptional!!! Really impressed with all the details on offer like slippers 👍 Top marks!

It was perfect!

The place was super comfortable and clean. It has a washer/dryer, which was very useful for us. The bathroom is spacious. The directions were very clear and extremely helpful to get there. Highly recommended!

1. The room's decor is very stylish and aesthetically pleasing. 2. The room is tidy and clean, equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, and microwave. 3. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the long-distance bus station. 4. The cost-performance ratio is very high.
