Navis Luxury Apartments

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It met all our needs, we were looking for an apartment with a dishwasher and washing machine, the owner immediately provided us with a dryer with pinchers. The washer came with capsules, the kitchen even had a stick blender, toaster, nespresso coffee machine with capsules, drip coffee maker, we just missed a microwave to perfection. We cooked our entire vacation and really made do with the kitchen facilities. The air conditioning was very helpful. Wifi signal was perfect. Plenty of towels and toilet paper in the bathroom. We speak highly of the spacious balcony where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and also dried our laundry. There was a wonderful atmosphere of the historic city centre due to the architecture of the streets, which we enjoyed taking in while dining. Directly below the apartment is a restaurant which is open from 16:00-24:00. But thank goodness it doesn't have the music on and by 11:45pm it has the lights turned off and closed. Which means it doesn't make staying in the apartment at all uncomfortable with noise.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the neighboring bar, which plays loud music to the entire street every day from 8:30am-3:30am, not to mention the noisy guests. The apartment has an amazing central location, close to bakery, perfect ice cream, harbor, beaches. Unfortunately, the town of Vodice has it so ‘fantastically’ arranged that when you want to check in and unload your stuff from the car, you can't go there because it's a pedestrian zone, so you carry your stuff about 200 meters from the parking lot, but in the morning you're already woken up at 7:00 am by a roaring motorbike that rolls it under your windows in the pedestrian zone. The safety of visitors to Vodice, the city also has the last place, whether your child gets hit by a motorbike, scooter or bicycle, nobody cares. On the beaches there are pictograms everywhere with no dogs, of course there are dogs everywhere, but nobody checks it. But you'll often see cyclists with a t-shirt marked ‘parking’ and also fines for unpaid parking. This is very dear to the city's stuff....

The bar around the corner gets loud, in weekends until 2am. This will keep you up so being earplugs if your stay contains a Friday or Saturday night. Kitchen doesn't have the best utensils. Boiler is kind of small (but not too small!) so not the spot for you if you like long showers 😉

I liked the close proximity to restaurants and shops as well as the beach

We reserved an apartment for a family of four and expected at least two beds, but found that the kitchen area couch was a pull out that was considered a bed. I wanted my kids to have beds of their own.

It was clean and everything was of good quality. The owner is very kind and will help with anything. The balcony is very spacious and the A/C really helps you sleep at night.

Great location and facilities, hosts were great and very communicative too.

Just be aware that the studio apartment is on the ground floor and has no balcony.

Modern, clean apartment in old town. Beach 5 min walk. Around lot of restaurants, caffees. Promenade. Perfect.
