Lage, Ruhe im Haus, geräumiges Schlafzimmer, Möglichkeit Waschmaschine zu nutzen, Helligkeit

Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad (Abfluss), fehlende "Mückengitter" an den Fenstern, kein Lüften möglich, vor allem nachts dadurch sehr warm, alle anderen Wohnungen im Haus waren hiermit gut ausgestattet, das müsste Standard sein, Sauberkeit (es wäre eine Grundreinigung nötig, Fenster, Spinnweben, Küchenschränke), zahlreiche kleinere Mängel: (Duschkopf nicht verstellbar, Feuermelder abgeschraubt, Lampen defekt, Terrassenmöbel verschlissen)
