Comfort Luxury Apartments

Prostorný apartmán v přízemí s terasou. Moc milá hostitelka, neumí sice anglicky, ale umí si poradit. My jsme ocenili klimatizací a naše auto ocenilo kryté parkování. Vybavení skvělé a velmi pohodlné postele. Do centra je to pár minut.

The apartment is well located both to explore the town and the mountains.

The host has different apartments. We were not accommodated in that from the offer. It means around 20m2 smaller and not so well equipped (for example no tumble dryer). The terrace is a common space for all guests from different apartments. There is no parking in the location for all guests. We had to park our car far away uphill.

The apartment is located near the city center. Easy access with the car.

We were a group of 6 persons and we spent 1 night at the location. In my opinion this apartment (in fact one room apartment converted into a three room apartment) cannot accommodate 6 persons: - the kitchen is also a bedroom - a storage area (1,5 x 3 m) without windows is also converted into a bedroom. The air conditioning is only in the kitchen, it is not wall mounted model and it has a 1.5 liter recipient to collect the condensate. This recipient it fills in less than one hour, so you cannot use it during the night because the condensate overflows from the recipient and spills on the floor. The other two bedrooms have no air conditioning. We arrived at 9 pm and the host greeted us. We talked through Google translate since the host doesn't speak English, but it was OK. The kitchen has no device to prepare a hot meal, so instead of having an omlette for breakfast, we had only fruits and coffee. The bathroom is very narrow and there is an unpleasant smell from the drainage. The space for taking a shower is about 0,7 x 0,7 m. There is only one small glass table not suitable for eating on it. The fridge is very small. Before renting the "apartment", I would suggest to the host to spend one night into the small (windowless) bedroom without any ventilation. We didn't have warm water when we arrived but after calling the host somebody came in and fixed the problem. The apartment might be suitable for 2 persons, but not for 6. I think it is much overrated on booking.com
